2011 Toyota Vitz: Toyota recently introduced its all new third-generation Vitz hatchback in Japanese market.The Toyota Vitz hatchback is named as Yaris in most other countries. The new Toyota Vitz hatchback now available for a price tag starts at 1.06 million yen (about $12,660) in Japan and is expected to hit other markets by mid next year ie 2011.
Toyota claims the new Toyota Vitz hatchback provides a mileage of 26.5 km/litre which is the best-in-class segment.The new third-generation Vitz hatchback comes in two version of petrol engine: a 1.0 litre petrol engine with a 68 bhp max power and a 68 lb ft peak torque and the 2nd engine option is a 1.33 litre petrol engine providing a maximum power of 93 bhp with a 89 lb ft of peak torque.
