Toyota has introduced the new model named, Toyota Land Cruiser in 2012. The 2012 Toyota Land Cruiser is a sports utility vehicle that can seat 8 passengers and is available in only one model. The 2012 Land Cruiser is powered by a 4.7 Liter V8 engine that is rated at 265 horsepower and 310 lb ft of torque. The Land Cruiser is equipped with a five speed automatic transmission and an all wheel drive. The Land Cruiser is also equipped with low range gearing that helps the driver ride the vehicle on rough roads. Its engine though powerful is very quiet and it has a strong suspension that has been reinforced by nine cross members. The Land Cruiser can achieve a speed of 60 miles per hour in less then 10 seconds and tow 6500 pounds.
The fuel economy ratings of the Toyota Land Cruiser model are 13 miles per gallon on city streets and 17 miles per gallon highway. The all new 2012 Toyota Land Cruiser luxurious and dependable midsize or full-size SUV. With a traditional ladder frame structure and seating for eight passengers, this Land Cruiser was an excellent choice for off-road enthusiasts with growing families. It came in just one well-equipped trim level, though upscale options such as rear-seat DVD entertainment and a navigation system were available.
